The Garden contains:
Arboretum, with a Tree Trail of over 160 species. , A 17 acre Moorland Walk with over 120 species of wild flowers & grasses. Rhododendrons & Azaleas Primulas, & Camellias, Extensive Water Gardens, Wetland, for the marginal plants, Heathers, Herbaceous, Rock Garden, and Scree ground with many plants from from the Southern hemisphere where tender plants & shrubs flourish due to the warming influences of the Gulf Stream. A Potager & Herb garden supply the Tearoom with fresh produce.
Free Car Parking by the Tearoom, access for Coaches, Plant Sales, Spectacular Views, and fascinating Wildlife, from Red Squirrels to wonderful Dragonflies! Interesting sculptures may be seen around the gardens, and Seats have been carefully placed where the Visitor can rest and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
