The Gardens are open all year round and the Tearoom opens from April to October. From April-September, you can purchase tickets via the Tearoom or online. During October through to March admission to the gardens is by Honesty Box on arrival or by purchasing tickets online.
A mix of terrain means the gardens are partly accessible by wheelchair. There are benches and seated areas throughout the gardens for visitors to enjoy. Dogs on leads are also welcome.

2024 Garden Opening Season

Glenwhan Gardens is open all year round so that our visitors can experience the full range of the seasons and changes in our flora and fauna.  During the spring and summer months, when our Tearoom is open, you can purchase your tickets from the Tearoom or online. 

10:00am – 5:00pm

Open from 28th March to 30th September

From 1st October – 27 March, Admission by Honesty Box at Entrance or online tickets.

Tearoom Opening Hours

The Tearoom is open from 28th March-30th September from 10am-5pm with last orders at 4:30pm.

Garden Closure Dates

There are no planned closures at the time.

(follow brown VisitScotland signs).
